"On the Road Again"

We racked up over 3,000 driving miles this month, mostly to bring our wares to southern California to exhibit at the NAFSA Region XII conference. Lots of fun, internationally-minded people there. We also took the opportunity to visit some of our suppliers and friends. During this time of year, it's good to reflect on old times and prepare for the new. Remember to work for peace.

Tidbits Regarding :

None of it?
No, Nunavut!

The flag of Nunavut.

While exhibiting at the above- mentioned conference, we met a very nice person from the offices of the Canadian Consulate General who was quite pleased that we carried this flag and gave us a link to a page in the official website of Nunavut, explaining the flag and lots of other cool stuff. It's a very well done site and we certainly recommend it.

Remember to check out some of the other resources on our links page.

"Factoids"

There are nearly 700 islands in what we call The Bahamas and most of them are uninhabited. One of them, Watling Island, is believed to be where Christopher Columbus first landed in the "New World".

The flag of The Bahamas. (As if you couldn't guess.)

The Personal Corner

Four old alumi from Aquinas HS.

Attending a 40th high school reunion was a lot of fun wearing our sun glasses customized with "1963" in our school colors.
